With the support of philanthropists, and in response to the need of poor families in Syria and Turkey, the N.D.Y.D Society for Relief and Development implemented several projects in the blessed month of Ramadan for the year 1443 AH, in an attempt to alleviate the suffering of our people in Syria and Turkey, especially our people in the displacement camps.

The main objective of these projects was to meet the needs of poor families and alleviate their suffering during the month of Ramadan.

Several projects have been implemented within several sectors:

• Food Security Sector FSL:
  1035 food baskets were distributed to needy families, and the number of beneficiary families reached 1035, with a number of 5,175 beneficiaries.9,400 fasting meals were distributed to 2,900 families, with 9,400 beneficiaries.
• Cash Aid Sector:
  Within this sector, several projects were implemented. Cash assistance was provided to needy families, to help them with their expenses during this month. Orphan sponsorships were distributed, with a total of 9,560 cash assistance, and 6,665 beneficiaries.
