As a result of the length of the war in Syria, which had a severe impact on the people, and also led to water cuts and difficulty in reaching many areas inside Syria, especially in the villages of the north of Syria, the idea of constructing and equipping wells in separate areas came into being.

In NDYD, in cooperation with philanthropists, we launched a project to equip and operate wells in a number of remote and hard-to-reach villages.

A well was equipped with all its requirements in the village of Al-Najiyah in the countryside of Idlib. A pump and extensions were purchased for it, in addition to solar panels and batteries so that the well could operate for as long as possible even if the sun went down.

This project had a great impact on the region. This well will contribute to providing water for more than 300 families in the region.
