NDYD Organization is a non-profit humanitarian organization that provides relief in emergencies, contributes to rehabilitation, and offers developmental assistance and support program services to impoverished or disaster-stricken communities worldwide. The organization adheres to the highest professional standards in program delivery, being accountable to both beneficiaries and donors. Currently, the focus is on meeting the basic needs of the most vulnerable victims of the war in Syria, particularly in sensitive and critical situations, especially women and children among refugees in Turkey and internally displaced persons in northwest Syria. Blessing Preservation Organization is registered in Turkey under license number (057-023-31).
We are searching for a trustworthy, dynamic, and innovative individual to work as a Human Resources Officer, to join the team of the Blessing Preservation Association (N.D.Y.D) in Turkey, based in the city of Mersin.

Job Summary:
The main responsibility of the Human Resources employee will include ensuring the daily compliance with HR policies and protocols, along with assisting through a range of HR activities. The HR employee will work closely with their direct manager to establish a more organized and efficient approach to the HR cycle, ensuring alignment with the overall organization’s strategies and policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement NDYD policies and procedures, strictly adhering to these standards in all human resources-related operations.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding organization’s human resources policies, operations, and specific procedures.
- Supervise the recruitment process, contract renewals, and handle all employee-related documents from hiring to the end of the employment period.
- Manage the human resources database, including leave records, employee testing periods, and schedules.
- Regularly update employee records to maintain organized and timely information.
- Maintain personal employee records with accuracy and complete confidentiality.
- Monitor work hours, holidays, and paid/sick leave to maintain accurate records for all employees.
- Commit to principles of protection from exploitation and sexual abuse, ensuring strict application of child protection measures.
- Collaborate with the financial management and program departments to manage all employee-related project documents, including contracts and technical specifications.
- Support archiving process by coordinating various human resources functions.
- Collaborate with the internal audit department to achieve optimal results. Prepare monthly reports as per donor requirements.
